Manchester City considering Pochettino, Nagelsmann as Guardiola's replacement?

Manchester City could allegedly consider bringing Mauricio Pochettino or Julian Nagelsmann if Spanish Manager Pep Guardiola part ways with the club in 2021.

Guardiola has recorded a huge success with the Citizens, clinching two Premier League titles, one FA Cup and three EFL Cups since 2016.

The Manager has less than a year remaining on his current deal at the Etihad Stadium and Man City are currently struggling with form this season.

According to the Daily Mail, club officials would prefer Guardiola to make a decision regarding his plans for the future as soon as possible.

The former Premier League holders want to keep the Spaniard as they are aware that a suitable replacement would be required should Guardiola decide to leave the Citizens.

Since leaving Tottenham Hotspur in November, Mauricio Pochettino has been without a job while Julian Nagelsmann is in his second year of his four-year contract at German top flight outfit RB Leipzig.
