Southampton clinched an unbelievable 2 - 1 win against Tottenham at the St. Mary's Stadium. The two late goals came in five minutes as Tottenham's top four hopes takes a nosedive.
The Saints are two points off the Premier League relegation zone after James Ward-Prowse earned a win with am amazing free-kick from 25 yards.
Tottenham took the lead in the first half when Harry Kane scored in the 26th minute, making it his 200th goal of his career.
Tottenham, whose manager Mauricio Pochettino was in the stands as part of his two-match touchline ban, remain third but, after losing a third league game in four, they now face the prospect of being caught by their rivals.
13 points behind Tottenham under former Manager Jose Mourinho, Manchester United can go level on points with Tottenham if they defeat Arsenal on sunday at the Emirates.
