Turkish Super Lig: Trabzonspor vs Antalyaspor - Nwakaeme to lead hosts attack in the absence of Rodallega

Nigeria international, Anthony Nwakaeme will lead the attack of Trabzonspor in the absence of his strike partner Hugo Rodallega later tonight (Friday) when they host Antalyaspor in a Turkish Super Lig match.


Rodallega is currently out due to a muscle injury.

Both Nwakaeme and Rodallega have been dubbed the best offensive pair having contributed 27 of the 45 goals scored by Trabzonspor after 26 league games so far this term.

Nwakaeme who has one cap with the Super Eagles under coach Gernot Rohr has scored in each of Trabzonspor’s last three Turkish Super Lig games and one Cup game. He will be gunning for his ninth goal of the season against Antalyaspor tonight.

His compatriot at the club, Ogenyi Onazi is still recuperating from injury and will not feature in the game. CompleteSports
