Polish striker Robert Lewandowski controlled Jerome Boateng's pass to score the winner against Werder Bremen.

German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich celebrated in an almost empty stadium.


The victory over Werder Bremen has secured an eighth consecutive top flight title for the Bavarians.
