Covid-19: Valencia first-team member test positive

Valencia confirmed a first-team player has tested positive for COVID-19.
The La Liga side released a statement revealing a new case of coronavirus after the latest tests.
“In the latest COVID-19 tests carried out, a positive test was detected from one of the players who is in pre-season training with the first team and was, consequently, isolated at home,” the club wrote.
“According to the criteria of the strict protocols of La Liga and the club itself, the first team continues its training programme and the friendly matches scheduled for the next days.”
