The Elephants secured their place in the finals after climbing to the top of the group standings, while the Menas’ hopes of qualifying were ended.
Tottenham Hotspur star Serge Aurier opened scoring for the visitors in the 25th minute, Max-Alain Gradel doubled the lead in the 25th minute as the Elephants pressed on.
Ivory Coast continued where they left off in the first 45 minutes and went ahead to extend their lead to three through defender Wilfred Kanon in the 60th minute after being assisted by Aurier.
With this outcome, Ivory Coast are group toppers with 10 points while Niger are the bottom team with 3 points, both countries have had five encounters.
