Europa League: Olympiacos 1-3 Arsenal - Gabriel, Elneny seal first-leg victory in Greece
Arsenal recorded a huge 3-1 triumph over Olympiacos in their UEFA Europa League encounter at the Karaiskakis Stadium in Athens, Greece on Thursday 11.

The outcome means the English side have one foot in the quarter finals of the tournament.
The visitors did not always make life easy for themselves, throwing away a first-half lead that had been earned through Martin Odegaard’s long-range screamer when a defensive mix-up allowed Youssef El-Arabi to equalise.

However, Gabriel's beautiful header eleven minutes from full-time placed Arsenal back in front and Mohamed Elneny sealed the victory for Mikel Arteta's side with the third in the 85th minute.

With this outcome, Arsenal head into the second-leg of the tie with confidence as they look to scale through Olympiacos into the last-eight of the Europa League 2020/21.
